Our logo is something that is close to our heart. For those of you who have wondered what our logo means, here is the backstory.
The Name
StandFast Alliance
StandFast was a term often used by Ron Bucca — the inspiration for this organization. It was a reminder to hold your ground; to remain calm, steady, and prepared in the face of adversity.
Alliance is what happens when people and resources join together for a common goal. There is a beautiful synergy that forms when we are all unified to achieve a common goal. It's a win-win situation for all involved and a force multiplier for the community.
The heartbeat in the letter A signifies our love of the members and families of the first responder and military communities. It is also a measurement used in HeartMath training.

What Each Element Represents
The Stars
The stars represent our fallen brothers and sisters. We will never forget them or their families.
The Phoenix
The phoenix represents our rise above adversity. In overcoming difficult challenges we can move forward from a place of new strength and wisdom.
The Circle
The circle unites us together as one community.
The Heartbeat
The heartbeat in the letter A signifies our love of first responder and military families, and the HRV measurement used in HeartMath training.
The Colors
The red, blue, and green colors in our logo serve a dual purpose.
- Red — Fire and Emergency Medical responders
- Blue — Law Enforcement
- Green — Military
These three colors are also the same color cues used within HeartMath biofeedback training sensors.
